Introduction

It goes without saying that complaint handling is also an essential element and that we want to make the reporting of complaints as efficient as possible. In our view of client satisfaction, we see complaints and their appropriate resolution as a unique opportunity to further improve our service provision.

Complaint management

If you, for whatever reason, are unsatisfied with the service provided by Eldee Expo Experts B.V., we urgently recommend that you report your complaint to us as quickly as possible. This provides us with an immediate opportunity to make client-oriented improvements in our own organisation. We ask you to describe your complaint in as much detail as possible and to indicate what your complaint specifically relates to.
